Role

Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience working on live hiring projects and the complete recruitment process.

Responsibilities:-

Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Follow up and engage with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.

Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.

Eligibility:-

Students & freshers from any discipline.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.
