Key ResponsibilitiesInternal CRM Development

- Build and implement an internal CRM to replace existing Excel-based sales tracking processes.
- Develop systems for call logging, prospect tracking, follow-up reminders, and sales pipeline visibility.
- Design the CRM around the actual workflows and requirements of Udyogkart's sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand operational challenges and continuously improve the system.

AI & Workflow Automation

- Develop AI-driven solutions to automate the enquiry-to-quotation process.
- Build systems to parse incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, email, and forms.
- Extract relevant product specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and other information from customer enquiries.
- Develop structured quotation generation workflows backed by pricing logic.
- Identify manual and repetitive processes across sales and operations and build suitable automation solutions.

Operations Dashboard

- Develop an operations dashboard providing founders and operations teams with real-time business visibility.
- Track open enquiries, sales pipeline health, quotation conversion rates,



and other key operational metrics.
- Build dashboards that reduce dependency on manual reporting and provide actionable business insights.

Product Development & SaaS Productisation

- Once internal systems are successfully implemented, contribute towards converting the solution into a SaaS product for industrial procurement companies.
- Own and contribute to the product roadmap based on internal business requirements and market opportunities.
- Develop product features with a focus on scalability, usability, and real-world adoption.
- Contribute to product and Go-To-Market (GTM) thinking as the platform evolves.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work directly with the Founders, Sales, and Operations teams to identify business problems and develop technology-led solutions.
- Understand business workflows and translate operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Take ownership of problems from identification through development, implementation, and improvement.
- Ensure that solutions are actually adopted and used effectively by internal teams.

Skills Required

- Robust full-stack development skills with experience in React / Next.js for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Experience with LLM integration,



including document parsing and structured data extraction.
- Experience building WhatsApp and/or email-based automation and bots.
- Strong database design skills with the ability to model CRM and procurement workflows from scratch.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, custom pipelines, or equivalent tools.
- Strong product-thinking mindset with a focus on user adoption and business outcomes.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.

Pre-requisites

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in software development, product engineering, automation, or a similar role.
- Solid experience in full-stack development.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, internal operations tools, or similar systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or email-to-structured-data pipelines will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in an early-stage B2B startup and owning end-to-end product development will be preferred.
- Experience or understanding of SaaS pricing, multi-tenancy, or productisation of internal tools will be an added advantage.
- Mumbai-based and willing to work on-site.
- Comfortable working independently and directly with business and operations teams.
- Strong willingness to understand problems, experiment with solutions, and build products from the ground up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
