Relish Patisserie | Kochi
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Commis 1 – Bakery to join our team.
Requirements:
* Must have hands-on experience with croissants & laminated dough
* Must be confident with a range of bakery products
* Good understanding of dough preparation, proofing & baking
* Knowledge of bread, viennoiserie, cakes and other bakery items
* Ability to follow recipes, SOPs and maintain consistency
* Good kitchen hygiene and work discipline
* Ability to work efficiently in a professional bakery kitchen
* Previous experience in a bakery/patisserie preferred
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented and genuinely passionate about baking.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
