Architect – 2D & 3D

Kotcharla Design & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Architects to join our team, with opportunities for both Junior and Senior Architects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, working drawings and layouts.
- Develop 3D models, views and presentations.
- Work on architectural planning, detailing and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and project teams.
- Contribute to healthcare, hospital and other architectural projects.
- Learn and work on specialized medical architecture and hospital planning.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop or similar software is an advantage.
- Good design, drafting and visualization skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in healthcare architecture.

Experience

- Junior Architect: 0–3 years
- Senior Architect: 3+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
