We are looking for an HR Recruiter & Trainer to drive talent acquisition and employee learning initiatives. The role is focused exclusively on recruitment and training.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely candidate joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
- Coordinate campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
Training & Development
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- Prepare and execute training calendars
- Deliver product, process, and soft skills training
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and presentations
- Assess training effectiveness and employee learning progress
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)
- 2–4 years of recruitment and training experience
- Solid interviewing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience using recruitment portals and MS Office
