Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified TGT – Physics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Physics lessons, developing students’ conceptual understanding, conducting practical activities, and supporting their overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons for middle and secondary school students.
- Teach concepts using practical examples, demonstrations, experiments, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory activities while ensuring safety standards.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and remedial instruction.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, problem-solving,



and analytical skills among students.
- Participate in examinations, school events, workshops, meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
