Job Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, label, and process patient samples as per SOPs.
- Perform routine laboratory testing as per assigned department.
- Handle sample processing, accession, and proper sample storage.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Operate laboratory equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Identify sample discrepancies and inform the concerned senior.
- Coordinate with senior technicians, pathologists, and other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of samples/results.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including day/night shifts, as per business requirements.
Qualification
- DMLT / ADMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology
- Relevant M.Sc. candidates may also be considered.
Candidate Profile
- Positive knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
