Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and strengthen our digital presence across social media and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the food, restaurant, hospitality, and F&B; industry, with the ability to create engaging content and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company's food and restaurant brands.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create and coordinate engaging content such as reels, posts, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with the photography/videography team for food shoots, product shoots, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative campaigns for new launches, offers, festivals, events, and special occasions.
- Monitor social media trends, food trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Run and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage online reviews, comments, and customer interactions professionally.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and support local digital visibility.
- Work closely with the Operations, HR, Design, and Management teams for marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, photographers, and content creators when required.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Ability to understand digital marketing analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good photography/video content sense, especially for food and restaurant businesses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B; environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, FMCG, or Retail industry.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and food-related content will be preferred.
