About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment and candidate records.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within the given timeline.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding documents, salary, joining date, and other requirements.
- Maintain a proper database of candidates and recruitment status.
- Support the HR team in onboarding and joining formalities.




- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Recruitment / BPO hiring experience is an advantage.
- Experience with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, or other hiring platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
