Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our jewellery retail showroom. The role involves handling financial records, billing coordination, cash and bank transactions, and statutory compliance. Experience in retail or jewellery industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries Handle cash, bank transactions, and daily cash closing Record sales, purchases, expenses, and stock-related entries Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records Reconcile bank statements and cash books Support GST-related documentation and filings Coordinate with sales and billing teams for accurate accounting Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents Assist in monthly and year-end account closing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com preferred) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts (retail/jewellery preferred)
