We are seeking a detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain the pristine appearance of our premier open-air wedding venue. This role is responsible for ensuring the lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor ceremony areas are immaculate, safe, and picture-ready for every event. Bonus: Accommodation Provided

Key Responsibilities:

Lawn & Landscape Care

- Lawn Care: Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize lawns to ensure vibrant green turf for outdoor ceremonies and photos.
- Horticulture Maintenance: Weed, prune, water, and deadhead flower beds, bushes, ornamental trees, and potted flora.
- Pest & Weed Control: Apply approved fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely as directed.
- Seasonal Prep: Plant seasonal flowers, mulch garden beds, and clear leaves or debris as seasons shift.

Event Day & Venue Setup Support

- Pre-Event Inspection: Conduct grounds walk-throughs prior to events to remove debris, sticks, trash, or animal waste.
- Turf & Walkway Prep: Pressure-wash paved pathways, stone patios, and ceremony structures (arbors, pergolas, gazebos).
- Setup Assistance: Assist the events team with setting up or moving heavy outdoor furniture, arches, and large decor items as needed.
- Post-Event Cleanup: Assist with outdoor grounds cleanup and waste disposal after events conclude.

Facilities & Equipment Maintenance





- Irrigation Systems: Monitor, operate, and perform basic repairs on outdoor watering systems and drip lines.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain lawnmowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. Log tool maintenance.
- Hazard Audits: Inspect outdoor lighting, pathways, and fencing for safety hazards, reporting major repairs to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings, aligned with event schedules.
- Attention to Detail: Eye for aesthetic perfection—understanding that event grounds are featured in wedding photography.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating gas and electric power tools safely.

Bonus: Accommodation Provided

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
