Wanted a Nursing Supervisor with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hospital nursing, with supervisory experience
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
Ensure quality patient care and proper nursing practices.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff allocation.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Ensure proper nursing documentation and records.
Monitor infection control and patient safety practices.
Handle patient and staff concerns professionally.
