Job Title: Security Field Officer

Location: Field-based (Assigned Zone)

Job Type: Full-time (Day & Night Shifts)

About the Role

We are hiring an active Security Field Officer to manage security guards across multiple sites, handle duty schedules, conduct regular site rounds, and maintain valuable relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Guard Scheduling: Prepare daily and weekly duty rosters. Arrange instant replacements for absent guards so no post is left empty.

* Patrol Rounds: Conduct regular daytime checks and surprise night rounds across all client locations.

* Guard Supervision: Check guard attendance, uniform neatness, and site entry/exit registers (visitor, material, and vehicle logs).

* Client Visits: Meet site managers and clients regularly to collect feedback, address complaints,



and solve problems quickly.

* Reporting: Submit daily attendance and visit reports to the Operations Manager. Handle emergencies on-site when required.

Requirements

* Experience: 1–3 years in security field operations or guard supervision.

* Vehicle: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory

(fuel allowance provided).

* Skills: Good communication skills to talk to both clients and guards; basic smartphone usage for attendance and daily reporting.

* Education: 12th / Degree pass minimum.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
