WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹6.06 LPA + Variables (₹6.06 LPA excludes variable pay)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with robust knowledge of General Ledger, reconciliations, and US accounting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle General Ledger and account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation statements
- Manage payroll accounting for US-based companies
- Perform advanced reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports for management
- Conduct ratio analysis and validate GL data for accuracy
- Prepare monthly production site performance reports and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Handle monthly financial submissions to Hyperion / Essbase
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities
- Update work allocation matrices and prepare monthly KPI metrics
- Escalate pending issues to the appropriate level of management
- Follow information security and control procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger / Accounting
- Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excel Macro knowledge will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Good team player with a positive attitude
