About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Real Estate Sales Team. This is a outstanding chance for students and fresh graduates to gain practical experience in real estate sales, client handling, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update client details and activities in the CRM/system.
- Assist senior team members in negotiations and closing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for client requirements.
- Learn and understand real estate projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.





Requirements

- Graduate, undergraduate, or MBA student/fresher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and real estate.
- Confident, energetic, and willing to make calls and meet clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
