Key Responsibilities
- Access Control: Check visitor IDs, log deliveries, and manage entry gates for staff and vehicles.
- Patrols: Walk regular routes around the perimeter, interior floors, and storage zones to spot unusual activity.
- Asset Protection: Monitor expensive machinery, raw materials, and finished products against loss or vandalism.
- Emergency Response: Act fast during fires, medical issues, or security breaches.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure workers and visitors follow safety rules and use proper gear.
Requirements and Skills
- Physical Fitness: Positive health, stamina, Ability to stand or walk for long periods and remain alert during rotating or 12-hour shifts..
- Training: Basic knowledge of safety protocols, emergency response, and security systems.
- Communication: Clear reporting skills to document daily logs and incident reports.
