Job Description – Relationship Manager

Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Sector 47, Gurgaon

Industry: Glass / Building Materials / Manufacturing

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Manager with 3–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, client handling, and Proforma Invoice (PI) generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

- Generate and process Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.

- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM.





- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills

- MBA/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 3–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Coordination / Customer Support.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of PI generation, MS Office, Excel, and CRM.

- Robust coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Glass / Building Materials / Manufacturing industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
