About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager – IAM & Cybersecurity to drive enterprise technology sales across South India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B enterprise sales, cybersecurity, IAM, or IT services, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new enterprise customers and build a strong sales pipeline across South India.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and IAM Heads.
- Sell IAM, IGA, PAM, and Identity Security solutions and services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to negotiation and closure.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expand business within existing enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, technology partners, and system integrators.
- Manage RFPs, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets.

Required Experience & Skills

- 4–7 years of B2B Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, or IT Services sales experience.
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition and enterprise sales.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong experience selling to CXO-level and senior IT decision-makers.




- Experience in IAM / IGA / PAM / Identity Security is preferred.
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology sales and consultative selling.
- Experience with RFP management, proposals, negotiations, and commercial closure.
- Strong enterprise network across Bengaluru / South India is preferred.
- MBA is not mandatory; proven sales performance and relevant experience are more important.
- Graduate qualification required.Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
