Marketing Coordinator – Back Channel / Sales Support

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities across the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Nutraceutical, Food and Specialty Chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track customer enquiries, leads and quotations.
- Coordinate with sales, sourcing, suppliers and customers for timely responses.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, trials and potential orders.
- Maintain customer, prospect and product databases.
- Coordinate sample dispatches and technical documents such as COA, TDS and MSDS.
- Conduct customer follow-ups through email, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Assist with product presentations, brochures, email campaigns and LinkedIn activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.




- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing MIS reports.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are properly tracked and followed up.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development or a related role.
- Freshers with robust communication and Excel skills may also apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Good internet research and database management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in Pharma, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals or B2B trading will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,434.22 - ₹30,291.99 per month
