Job Summary

Harshad Jeweltech Solutions LLP is looking for a skilled Service Engineer with experience in the jewellery industry and jewellery manufacturing machinery. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of machinery used in jewellery manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, service, and maintain jewellery manufacturing machinery.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic issues.
- Attend customer/service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Identify machine faults and carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
- Ensure machines are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection and servicing of machinery.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and machine history.
- Coordinate with customers regarding machine-related issues and requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to machine operators whenever required.
- Assist in machine installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning.
- Maintain records of spare parts, tools, and replacement components.




- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and spare parts when required.
- Follow safety procedures while servicing and maintaining machinery.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, breakdown service, and maintenance as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the jewellery machinery industry.
- Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and machine manuals.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation.

Preferred Experience

Experience with jewellery manufacturing machinery, casting machines, polishing machines, laser machines, CNC machines, cutting machines, or other jewellery production equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
