Job Title: Cluster Clinical Coordinator-Operations

Location: Chennai, ECR

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within clinical departments.
- Manage end-to-end manpower recruitment, including hiring and onboarding healthcare professionals.
- Conduct quality assessments and implement improvement strategies to enhance clinical efficiency.
- Drive the execution of new clinical projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings, hospital visits, and business expansion activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: MBBS (Mandatory), MBA
- Experience: Prior experience in hospital administration, clinical administration
