Job Description:-

- Generate new leads through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and material buyers.
- Onboard builders, suppliers for our app to simplify construction logistics.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitors, and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or material handling preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with 99acres or Magic Bricks platform experience will have an added advantage.
