We are looking for a Production & Pattern Assistant to join our growing women’s fashion startup.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of garment production, stitching, pattern making and garment, packing of online orders , construction and should be excited to learn and work closely with the production team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assisting with day-to-day garment production and sampling
- Coordinating with tailors and production teams
- Checking garments during different stages of production
- Understanding and following garment construction details
- Assisting with CAD pattern making and pattern cutting
- Checking measurements, fitting and finishing
- Understanding basic stitching techniques and sewing operations
- Assisting with fabric, thread, trims and colour coordination
- Maintaining production records and following up on pending work
- Visiting the production unit regularly to monitor work and ensure quality
- Supporting the designer/production team with day-to-day requirements
- Learning and implementing the brand’s production processes

What we’re looking for:

- Basic knowledge of garment construction and stitching
- Basic understanding of pattern making / CAD pattern cutting
- Understanding of measurements,



garment fit and finishing
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, threads, colours and trims
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with tailors and production workers
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- A fashion/apparel background is preferred

Freshers with relevant fashion/apparel education are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in production, sampling, pattern making or garment manufacturing are also encouraged to apply.

Work Structure:

This is a hybrid role with flexible timings.

- 3–4 days: Work from the company/production unit
- Remaining days: Work from home, including training, follow-ups and production-related work
- Regular visits to the production unit will be required to check progress, quality and garment development.

Since this is a growing startup, the role will involve hands-on learning and multiple responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, willing to learn and genuinely interested in understanding how a garment moves from pattern to finished product.

Salary: ₹10,000-25,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
