EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead brand positioning, market intelligence, and demand generation across our ongoing and pipeline portfolio in Mumbai. This role bridges MahaRERA data analytics, micro-market research, and performance marketing to drive qualified traffic, accelerate absorption, and maximize marketing ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Intelligence & Analytics: Analyze MahaRERA datasets, track competitor pricing/launches, and conduct ground-level research to deliver data-backed strategic MIS.

Go-To-Market & Brand Strategy: Formulate and execute project launches, positioning strategies, and multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with revenue targets.

Demand Generation & Sales Alignment: Drive top-of-funnel lead acquisition, optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and site-visit conversions, and collaborate with Sales to refine lead quality.

Channel Partner Marketing: Create specialized campaign toolkits,



event frameworks, and engagement strategies for the broker and channel partner network.

Performance Marketing & ROI: Direct digital, performance media, print, and OOH campaigns while managing agency partners and optimizing marketing budgets.

Team Leadership: Mentor the internal marketing team and ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Project teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: 12–18+ years of proven real estate marketing leadership in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Core Competencies: Expertise in MahaRERA data analysis, major project launches, performance marketing, and agency management.

Focus: A data-driven strategist who understands how competitor dynamics, customer demand, and market intelligence translate into faster project absorption.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
