We are scaling fast, and we need an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our core marketing team and help power our growth engine.

The Role: The Marketing Dynamo

We are looking for a proactive, fast-learning Marketing Intern to work directly with our Marketing Coordinator & Design Support lead. You will be the hands-on operational support that keeps our marketing cadence running smoothly. This isn't a "get the coffee" internship—you’ll get real-world, 360-degree exposure to campaign coordination, social/booking platform management, influencer outreach, and brand asset design.

Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):

- Calendar & Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing Coordinator in tracking and updating our 6-week rolling marketing calendar across all PadelPark brands and venues.
- Booking Platform Execution: Help set up, update, and audit in-app banners, promotional tiles, and more.
- Influencer & PR Coordination: Support outreach, track deliverables, and organize content links for ongoing influencer collaborations, media features, and brand partnerships.
- Design & Asset Management: Assist in building basic design adaptations (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)



and keep our central brand asset library organized for internal teams.
- Market & Sales Research: Help gather customer feedback from sales teams, track local competitor activities, and research emerging trends in the global sports/lifestyle space.

Who We’re Looking For: The Eager Hustler

- The Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business.
- The Hyper-Organizer: You love a good checklist, pay ultra-close attention to details, and never miss a project deadline.
- The Communication Pro: You have strong written and verbal communication skills—able to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and external vendors/creators.
- Tech & Design Savvy: You're comfortable navigating social media platforms, Google Workspace/Excel, and have basic hands-on design skills (Canva is a must, Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus!).
- The Sports Enthusiast: A genuine curiosity or passion for sports, fitness, and lifestyle culture.
