Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers and potential leads regularly.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Punjabi is an advantage.




- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
