Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting loan-related financial operations.

Note: Candidates must have prior work experience in a CA Firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial data in Excel.
- Assist in maintaining loan disbursement and repayment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and client records.
- Assist senior accountants during audits, reconciliations,



and financial reporting.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and banking transactions.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in a CA Firm is mandatory.
- Experience in NBFC / Loan / Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance work.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be sincere, organized, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience, particularly from a CA Firm, are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
