We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to connect with colleges and educational institutions, introduce our training programs, coordinate appointments, conduct college visits, and maintain strong relationships with college representatives.

This is primarily a work-based role, with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact colleges and educational institutions to introduce the company's training programs.
- Communicate with HODs, Placement Officers, Principals, and other college representatives.
- Explain the available programs and understand the requirements of colleges.
- Schedule appointments with the concerned college authorities.
- Attend college appointments personally or assign a suitable team member to attend on behalf of the company.
- Visit colleges for meetings and program discussions when required.
- Follow up regularly with colleges after calls, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain continuous communication with interested colleges.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding program proposals, schedules, and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, appointments, college visits, and follow-ups.




- Provide regular updates to management regarding college communication and appointment status.
- Build and maintain long-term qualified relationships with colleges.
- Complete assigned work and responsibilities within the given timelines.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with college authorities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for college visits when required.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Performance

- Confirmed salary range: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
- Performance-based earning: Up to ₹18,000 per month.
- Additional earning will depend on performance and completion of assigned responsibilities.
- The role is not based solely on sales targets; performance will be evaluated based on overall work, college coordination, appointments, visits, follow-ups, and assigned responsibilities.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
