Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage the organization's complete HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Lead employee onboarding, retention, engagement, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance management, appraisal, promotion, and career development processes.




- Build a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
