We are looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, coordinate with internal departments for material and order requirements, and support the company's branding and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up ability, and preferably basic knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Enquiries

- Handle incoming customer calls, enquiries, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Understand customer requirements related to hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.
- Provide basic product information and coordinate with the technical/sales team when required.
- Prepare and share quotations and enquiry details with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
