Position: Manager - Accounts
Department: Accounts and Finance
Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Qualification: B.Com

Key Responsibilities

- · Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- · Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- · Managing and processing Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs), including coordination with banks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.




- · Coordinate with auditors for annual and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- · Assist with budget preparations and financial forecasting.
- · Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- · Conduct variance analysis to ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence.
- · Prepare and submit statutory reports and compliance documents, including GST, TDS, and other taxes.
- · Robust knowledge of financial regulations, and relevant tax laws.

Key Competencies

- · Proficiency in MS Office
- · Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
- · Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- · High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
