Education: Regular Graduate Degree (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- End-to-end GeM Bid Management — opportunity identification, tracking, documentation and submission
- Handling GeM, CPPP and Government e-Procurement Portals
- Preparation of RFPs, RFIs, Tender Proposals and Compliance Documents
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with technical, commercial and eligibility requirements
- Pre-bid / post-bid coordination and client communication
- OEM, vendor and supplier coordination
- Bid pipeline, dashboard, MIS and KPI tracking
- Handling EMD, Bank Guarantees, contract documentation and commercial conditions
- Supporting contract negotiation and post-bid activities
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills




- Excellent written & verbal communication, documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders with strict deadlines and attention to detail

Mandatory Eligibility

- Regular Graduate Degree / formal education is mandatory
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in GeM / Government Tender / Bid Management is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with GeM and Government e-Procurement portals is preferred
