Join our team at ToT, a premium multi-cuisine dining destination in Kochi.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations
* Lead, train and motivate the service team
* Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
* Manage staff scheduling, performance and discipline
* Coordinate effectively with kitchen and management
* Monitor inventory, costs and operational efficiency
* Handle guest feedback professionally
* Drive sales and achieve restaurant targets
* Maintain hygiene, SOP and service standards
Preferred: 5+ years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
