NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to own day-to-day functional

support and enhancements for a US-based client in the medical/aesthetics sector on NetSuite (migrated from

QuickBooks). This is primarily a support / run role — you'll be the day-to-day NetSuite point person, resolving

issues, maintaining and improving the system, supporting month-end close, and driving a phase-2 roadmap

alongside the client's finance team. As the implementation is being finalized, you may also help support the

final push to go-live where needed.

What you'll do

● Be the day-to-day NetSuite point person: resolve user issues and support tickets, and manage the

enhancement backlog.

● Maintain and improve saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles/permissions and workflows

(SuiteFlow).

● Support month-end close and core finance processes — Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-

to-Report.

● Validate data and reconciliations; troubleshoot NetSuite functional and integration issues.

● Oversee file-based / CSV data flows (e.g., billing/patient data loads) and pursue automation

opportunities over time.





● Drive a phase-2 roadmap — for example additional reporting, integrations, and new modules.

● Support the final push to go-live where needed, working alongside the implementation partner.

● Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and, where relevant, the implementation partner.

What we're looking for

● 3+ years of relevant NetSuite experience, ideally including production support and troubleshooting

(implementation experience a plus).

● Strong NetSuite functional knowledge with solid techno-functional capability.

● Hands-on with saved searches, reports, workflows (SuiteFlow) and roles/permissions.

● Strong SuiteScript understanding and integration-troubleshooting experience.

● Data migration and validation experience.

● Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report / finance.

● Robust communication and client-facing skills.

● Experience supporting US-based clients.

● Exposure to multi-entity / consolidation and QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migrations.
