Law Intern / Junior Legal Associate

We are looking for a Law Intern / Junior Legal Associate to join our legal practice and gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to litigation, court proceedings, legal research, and drafting.

Eligibility:

- Final-year or last-semester law students are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh law graduates and enrolled advocates may also apply.
- Robust interest in litigation and legal research.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, work diligently, and develop practical legal skills.
- Candidates with good legal drafting skills will be given preference.

Role & Learning Opportunities:

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to:

- Court proceedings and day-to-day litigation practice.
- Proceedings before the District Courts of Delhi, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India.
- Legal research and case-law analysis.
- Drafting petitions, applications, replies, notices, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Preparing case briefs, legal opinions, research notes, and case summaries.
- Assisting in case preparation,



documentation, and litigation strategy.
- Understanding the practical aspects of court proceedings and legal practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or aspiring litigator who is serious about developing practical legal skills and gaining first-hand experience of litigation beyond academic learning.

Location:

Jangpura, New Delhi, with work/exposure at the District Courts of Delhi, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India, as required.

Duration:

Minimum commitment: 3 months
