A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive for a namkeen store manages daily customer interactions, runs loyalty programs, handles bulk/festive orders, and tracks customer feedback to drive repeat local business.

- Department: Retail Operations & Sales
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales, food/beverage retail, or customer service
- Languages: Valuable in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Database Management:

- Collect customer contact details (phone numbers, birthdays, anniversaries) during billing with consent.
- Loyalty & Retention Programs:
- Manage local loyalty programs.
- Send personalized SMS/WhatsApp updates regarding fresh batches, seasonal namkeen (e.g., Diwali farsan, monsoon specials), or current product launches.
- Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch teams.

Cross-Selling & Upselling:

- Suggest complementary items (e.g.,



pairing new sweets/mithai with regular namkeen).
- Inform regular walk-ins about ongoing festival combo offers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
