Real Global Marketing (RGM) is a Wyoming, USA-based company looking for a skilled and proactive SEO Specialist to manage and grow the organic performance of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern SEO, be results-driven, and be confident managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SEO campaigns for onboarded clients from start to finish.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies tailored to each client.
- Perform on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO optimizations.
- Carry out website audits and implement SEO improvements.
- Create and execute link-building strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and explain results to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding campaign progress.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to execute SEO strategies.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance and retention.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website architecture.




- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO workflows and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a plus.

Working Hours

- Night Shift Only
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Availability required between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)

This role will be responsible for ensuring every onboarded client receives high-quality SEO services, explicit communication, and measurable improvements in their online visibility and organic growth.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
