We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to join our TVS showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about vehicles, services and offers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Handle customer feedback and support customer satisfaction.
equirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Customer service experience in automobile/showroom industry will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
