- Respond professionally to customer enquiries.

- Coordinate product samples, quotations, orders, dispatches, and other requirements.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.

- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.

- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate important issues to management.

- Experience: 1–3 years in business operations, sales, business development, customer coordination, or a related role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relevant field preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, customer coordination, and sales activities.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Should be proactive, responsible,



and willing to learn.

- Should be comfortable working in a growing and fast-paced business environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
