Position: Sales Executive

- Explain the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate recent leads and convert them into customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are required.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.




- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive personality.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Financial Services, or Stock Market-related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
