Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting blood and other clinical samples from patients safely and efficiently, ensuring proper identification, labeling, handling, storage, and transportation of samples while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and patient-care standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and/or finger-prick methods.
- Verify patient identity and ensure correct sample collection as per laboratory requirements.
- Explain the sample collection procedure to patients and provide appropriate assistance.
- Use proper techniques to minimize patient discomfort and prevent complications.
- Label, record, and document all collected samples accurately.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sample collection area and equipment.




- Follow infection-control procedures and biomedical waste-disposal protocols.
- Check and maintain required collection materials, including tubes, needles, gloves, and other consumables.
- Handle difficult or special cases appropriately and report any adverse reaction or complication to the concerned medical/laboratory staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with laboratory policies and applicable safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sample collections and related activities.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff, nurses, doctors, and patients as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
