We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our Bhubaneswar team and take ownership of our organic search growth, website visibility, and lead-generation performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and rankings.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and content.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and sustainable link-building techniques.
- Monitor Google rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Identify new keyword and content opportunities to increase organic visibility.
- Work closely with content writers and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Manage local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization where applicable.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, broken links, duplicate content, site structure, and page performance.




- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools.
- Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
- Candidates with proven SEO results and portfolio/case studies will be preferred.
