Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aerospace & Defense (A&D;)

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the engineering lifecycle to develop effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner applies a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and hands-on experience to ensure that engineering outcomes align with business needs. Daily activities include analyzing problems, coordinating with teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices within the project workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aerospace & Defense (A&D;).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate engineering problems and develop practical solutions.
- Experience with structural and stress analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with configuration and technical management processes within engineering projects.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic principles to engineering challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D;).

- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
