Position: Sales Manager / Sales Executive – Solar EPC

Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)

Mandatory Requirement

✅ Hands-on experience in the Solar Industry / Solar EPC is mandatory.

Candidates with only general sales experience and no Solar EPC exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.

✔ Identify and acquire clients across Commercial, Industrial & Residential sectors.

✔ Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, cold calling & digital channels.

✔ Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.

✔ Prepare commercial proposals, quotations & presentations.

✔ Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Commercial & Project teams for techno-commercial proposals.





✔ Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and close deals successfully.

✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships.

✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

✔ Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports and business forecasts.

✔ Follow up on payments and support collection activities.

Candidate Profile

✅ 3–8 years of relevant sales experience.

✅ Mandatory experience in Solar / Solar EPC Sales.

✅ Experience in Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Solar or Commercial & Industrial Solar projects will be an added advantage.

✅ Solid knowledge of Solar EPC solutions, commercial processes and project sales.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
