We are looking for a creative, talented, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer who can help us create powerful and engaging visual content for our educational and marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

The selected Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

- Designing attractive social media posts and creatives
- Creating YouTube thumbnails
- Designing educational and promotional posters and banners
- Creating Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp promotional creatives
- Designing ad creatives for online marketing campaigns
- Creating course promotion and admission campaign designs
- Designing brochures, flyers and other marketing materials
- Maintaining consistency with Shrim Institute's brand identity
- Working closely with the Marketing and Content Team
- Creating visually attractive graphics for JEE, NEET, CBSE and Bihar Board students

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of Canva
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage
- Good understanding of social media design trends




- Ability to create attractive and high-converting promotional creatives
- Positive understanding of typography, colours, layouts and branding
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design projects
- Creative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Education / Coaching Institute marketing will be preferred
- Experience designing YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives
- Candidates who understand the student and education market will be preferred
- Candidates from Patna or willing to work from Patna are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
