Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing and growing the company's book listings and sales across Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, marketplace operations, promotions, SEO and sales reporting, preferably in the publishing or education industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage book listings across Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain accurate product/catalogue listings.
- Upload and update book titles, descriptions, authors, ISBNs, MRP, selling price, images, categories and keywords.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and resolve catalogue/listing errors, suppressed listings and other marketplace issues.

2. Amazon & Flipkart Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.




- Monitor product availability, Buy Box, pricing and seller performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for listing, pricing, content and operational issues.
- Ensure books are correctly mapped with the appropriate ISBN/SKU.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and product listing optimisation.
- Knowledge of inventory and order management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs/titles simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the publishing, education, books, stationery or educational products industry will be an advantage.

Candidates who have worked with Amazon, Flipkart or other book-selling marketplaces would be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
