Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate business and maximize revenue.
- Handle leads, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, conversions, and revenue through regular MIS reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.




- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and other internal teams.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales closures.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

Pay: ₹25,773.49 - ₹85,793.51 per month
