Job Profile: Part-Time Chemistry Question Paper Setter

We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Chemistry faculty member to work with our coaching institute on a part-time basis as a Question Paper Setter.

The role will primarily involve reviewing and quality-checking NEET Chemistry questions, creating quizzes and assessments, evaluating difficulty levels, maintaining question quality, and supporting academic planning. Question creation will be limited and required mainly for filling content gaps or improving existing assessments.

The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing answer keys and solutions, ensuring NCERT and NEET syllabus alignment, planning chapter-wise and topic-wise assessments, contributing to the curriculum and chapter calendar, and maintaining a high-quality Chemistry question bank.

The ideal candidate should have robust conceptual knowledge of Chemistry, a good understanding of the NEET exam pattern, and prior experience in teaching, question paper setting, test-series creation, or academic content review.
