Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Calling

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to hotel stays, travel requirements, room bookings, packages and other hospitality services.
- Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities from potential customers, corporates, travel agents and other prospects.
- Handle and follow up on B2B and B2C leads received through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hotel, stay or travel solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on new, active, pending and old leads to maximize conversion.

2. B2B Sales & Business Development

- Connect with travel agents, corporate clients, companies, tour operators and other B2B partners.
- Introduce hotel properties, room inventory, packages, rates and promotional offers.
- Generate business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending confirmations.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

3. B2C Sales & Customer Handling

- Handle direct customer enquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Understand travel dates, room requirements, guest preferences, budget and other requirements.
- Explain room categories, rates, inclusions, policies, offers and available services clearly.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate appropriately within approved commercial guidelines.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry → follow-up → booking → confirmation → post-booking support.

4. Booking & Conversion

- Follow up with leads until closure and ensure maximum enquiry-to-booking conversion.
- Coordinate with the Reservations / Operations / Front Office / Sales teams for availability, rates and booking confirmation.
- Maintain complete and accurate booking information.
- Follow up for payment or required booking details wherever applicable.
- Ensure all confirmed bookings are properly updated in the relevant system.

DSR & Google Sheet / CRM Management

- Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) with complete calling and lead activity.
- Update Google Sheets / CRM regularly with lead status, call remarks, follow-up dates, booking status and conversion details.
- Ensure every lead is properly updated after each interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Total leads received
- Calls made
- Connected calls
- Follow-ups
- Qualified leads
- Quotations shared
- Bookings confirmed
- Lost / pending leads
- Revenue generated
- Ensure 100% lead tracking and timely follow-up without leaving any potential enquiry unattended.

6. Email & Communication Updates

- Handle business-related communication through email, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Send quotations, booking details and required information to customers/clients as per company process.
- Maintain proper email communication and update the relevant lead record after important conversations.
- Coordinate internally for any booking, rate or service-related requirement.

7. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, travel agents and corporate clients.
- Provide timely responses and professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Encourage repeat bookings and referrals through effective relationship management.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues whenever required.

8. Sales Targets & Performance

- Achieve assigned daily calling, lead generation, follow-up, conversion and monthly revenue targets.
- Focus on both call volume and quality of conversations/conversions.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and continuously work on improving conversion ratios.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and sales skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Ability to handle both B2B and B2C customers.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel / CRM.
- Good email and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Strong data management and reporting discipline.
- Ability to work under targets and handle sales pressure.
- Positive attitude, confidence and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Hospitality, Hotels, Travel & Tourism, Reservations, OTA or Customer Relationship Management.
- Candidates with prior experience in hotel sales, travel sales, B2B/B2C tele-sales or reservations will be preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, disciplined and highly result-oriented, with the ability to convert travel and hospitality enquiries into business while maintaining excellent customer relationships and accurate sales records.
