About the Role

YAVA AYURVEDA PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Operations Manager to manage sales operations, improve team productivity, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day sales operations.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare and review MIS, sales reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Monitor leads, conversions, follow-ups, orders, and revenue.
- Develop and improve sales processes and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, training, and team performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor CRM data and ensure proper follow-up and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide management with business insights.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Drive productivity, accountability, and target achievement across the sales team.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, Telecalling,



Healthcare, Ayurveda, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM, and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with Ayurveda / Healthcare / FMCG sales experience will be preferred.
